I was born on 2007 and my Chinese zodiac is the year of the pig. The description says, People born in the year of the Pig are usually tolerant, understanding, calm, down-to-earth, and easy to get along with. These make them a delightful companion and a trustworthy friend. My representing hours are 9-11 PM.

We're known for our calm demeanor, artistic flair, and nurturing nature at least according to Google.
On a side note, the Chinese zodiac year of the goat does kinda remind me of Toriel for some reason. I wonder why.

I am a water monkey. My husband is a fire dragon. Our son is water tiger and daughter is a wood/earth dragon.
I will say similar to how western astrological has a whole chart and many components to it; Chinese astrology is similar and it's not as simple as just being monkey etc (you can reference bazi chart). I wouldn't say I put heavy stock into any astrology but I do find them both interesting and partake in aspects relevant to our family culturally.
