Selling Whats the worth on star fragments?

I have quite a few star fragments. I am a returning player, its been like 8 months.

At Nooks, regular fragments are 250 each, constellation fragments are 500, and large fragments are 2500. Not sure what the accepted IGB to TBT rate is but at least that's a place to start
