Hi darlings~ So I'm just curious, what kind of themes do you all have going on in your towns? Do your villagers match? What kind of paths / decorations did you use? I'd love to hear what all you've got going on! Feel free to post pictures / dream addresses! ♫꒰・◡・๑꒱

I myself have kind of a costal theme going on! Lots of fariytale pwps and paths, with a very decorated beach with lots of hybrid cosmos and bananas! I have alot of wolves (out of preference) but I'm hoping that getting O'Hare in town will help boost the theme!

I have a random flowers and fruits theme. My town is random fruit trees and flowers randomly planted mostly by Fauna. That's about it.

My town is very woodsy and simple with lots of trees and bushes. I'm working on things like flowers and PWPs at the moment, and I've never really tried to coordinate my villagers with this sort of theme. ^^

Ooh, I love themed towns, whether it's a very specific theme or a theme like forest, fairytale, etc.!

My second town is themed after the movie "Labyrinth." The left side of the town is happy and fairy-tale themed, and the right side is the labyrinth itself, which is made of bushes with lots of dead trees and topiaries. The bridge that connects the two halves is the Bog of Eternal Stench, and the paths are stepping stones (on the left) and the labyrinth tiles with moss and cracks (on the right). I designed a bunch of standees to look like some of the characters from the movie. Of course, the human residents and their homes are entirely Labyrinth-themed. The villagers are a mix of original neighbors and some that I adopted from Tumblr. The only villager who I sought out for the theme is Shep.

My main town, Ruddyoak, is partly Lord of the Rings themed--the town and my mayor, Athelwyn, were characters in a very old LoTR computer game by Interplay. My secondary characters are LoTR themed, as are their houses. Athelwyn is "me," so I decorated her house the way I wanted to, but made the basement into a tribute to Tolkien. The paths, town tune, and PWPs are not LoTR themed, but all go along with the reddish (ruddy) forest feel. I'm about to overhaul the town to be the same but better, so I don't have a DA yet. The villagers in Ruddyoak are just ones that I really wanted to have--no theme there.

My third town is almost ready to be revealed, and it is entirely themed after the first four seasons of a certain TV show. All of the villagers go along with the theme in some way. I'll post about it when it's ready. :p

I want to make my town a natural and foresty feel, but I'm really just going to make it pretty and nice everywhere. It'll have cedar areas in the north and tropical areas in the south, and I'll make any pwp I want to have work in that area. I'm using my own made stepping stone paths. :)

My town is zen/forest themed. It doesn't really look like it right now, since it's still a huge work in progress :p

My completed town is very much fairy tale themed. Its mainly pink and pastel paths with all the fairy tale PWP's. There are pink and white flowers everywhere.

My second town I'm still working on is forest themed. But I've made it more like a pretty garden and landscaped most of it. I still have one path so people don't get lost, but I've kept it simple with mostly trees and flowers.

My town's themed around the TW show Parks and Recreation :p My villagers and their phrases are all meant to represent some of the characters from the show, and it's all designed a bit like a park. I'll post a DA one day, but it's still not finished.

It somehow ended up a bit fairytale-themed, too, but that was mostly an accident.

I know people will hate me for this, but my town has a Japanese theme.

Right now, I have an autumn forest theme going on. When it becomes winter, I think I'm going to scrap all of the red/orange/yellow flowers and replace them with white roses and carnations. I haven't planned as far ahead as spring, though. We'll see~

Yea I'm pretty obsessive with having my towns follow a theme, I just can't do anything random ;_;

Blushe has a forest fairy theme so I tried to make it an even blend of fairytale and woodsy because obviously it's supposed to look like a forest inhabited by fairies. X3 Cherry blossoms are in bloom and most of my villagers are forest animals or just magical looking like Julian. I'm also trying to add a lot of illuminated PWPs.

For Moonfall it is also a forest town but it's set in Autumn and I guess you could say it's your typical forest town with lots of cedars and sweet-olives. All my villagers are natural colors and I tried to go for mostly brown and orange villagers.

Whenever I restart my third town I'm wanting to make a water town where it will be raining with lots of fountains, geysers, and lots of water QR codes. I am pretty excited to start this considering I haven't seen anyone with a town theme exactly like this, so I'm looking forward to creating it from extremely original ideas. It will have mostly octupi, frogs, ducks; really any villager type that likes water. ^_^

Neither of my towns really have a theme. If I stop cycling though I guess I'll give Oaks a theme, and Mayglade is still a young town, so I guess it's never too late to start.

I don't really have a theme. I have a lot of flowers everywhere and I'm trying to have a forest/modern vide. I thought about having a zen theme but I built the modern police station so I can't do that.

Pokemon! I have Professor Oak's lab, Red's house, and a Pokemon Center. I'm also building a stadium for battles :) And eventually I'll have a shop to buy all your Pokemon Trainer stuff.

I've tried making my town theme based, but as of right now it's just whatever I think looks nice xD
but I guess you could say my town has a pretty pink cutesy theme to it
