What's the most efficient way to cycle through villagers?

I'm getting another copy of the game tonight for mass time traveling and villager cycling, and I'm wondering how you guys do it, and what the most efficient method is. If there's a guide on this, I'd really appreciate it if you could show me!

Well, there's the popular TT 2 days forward then TT 2 days back trick, but I heard it can mess up your town. I tried an alternate method; TT back and forth between 2 days. If it's the 15th in town, travel to the 16th, then back. Repeat. After TTing 4-5 times, someone should want to leave.

I've gotten 2 people to move out within 2 irl days by doing this, with a 3rd in the process of moving now.
