What's the jewel of your game collection?

My GBA SP because it was my first gaming system and means a lot to me. I don't really have anything valuable, unless the GBA player and disc for the GameCube is. :I

My mum's brother N64 he got it in the 70s or 80s and it still works. He gave it to me look after and play on it.

i dont have too many rare games tbh

I suppose my n64 can count, it was bought around 97 and is still in functioning condition. i only have a few games but they too are functional.

uhh... xenoblade? thats pretty costly so i dont imagine lots of people having that

If I hadn't sold it, it would be my 8 year old DS Lite. I miss my baby so much TT^TT
Simce I just got a job, I'll probably save some money and get another DS Lite just for kicks.

My Pokemon Yellow Version. It's still working after all these years. It was one of the very first games I played as a kid.

Special Edition Wind Waker with Ocarina of Time Master Quest and Super Mario All Stars for the SNES, they can cost a fortune, especially Wind Waker.
I also has the Collectors edition Spirit Tracks, with the mini figures and tin ^ - ^

With my collection, it's hard to limit it to just one, so I will name off all the ones I can find in my Backloggery account.

  • New Play Control: Mario Power Tennis (No longer available in retail stores)
  • Super Mario All Stars for Wii (Available only during the 25th anniversary of Mario, retails on Amazon for $85 new)
  • Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Anniversary Edition (Available only at 2 time periods, was formerly only available during the Zelda 25th anniversary)
  • Grand Theft Auto for Game Boy Color (It's not rare, but it's the worst Grand Theft Auto in the series.)
  • Star Fox Adventures (Only game developed by Rareware on Nintendo GameCube)

Same here.

I guess that's the oldest game I have, but also have a copy of Spyro The Dragon for the PS1 that's as old or older than my Pokemon Yellow.
Otherwise, I still have my GameBoy Color if that counts.

I know you've been corrected enough times, but this made me laugh a bit. xD

I love Custom Robo: Arena. I can play that game so much. I'm so upset that I gave away my Pokemon Gold and Pokemon Sapphire + Emerald. I have Heart Gold, though, so I guess that's good, but it's different than the classic graphics. Also, I love Metroid fusion for GBA and Kirby Nightmare in Dreamtown. Harvest Moon: A wonderful life for Gamecube--i can play that game so much. :)

My see-through Game Boy and original games from 1995-96 or so? I'm 26 now, I was a youngin' (probably under 8) when I got that bad boy. Still running strong.

Some of my gamecube games are rarer than any of my N64 or Genesis games. Namely Melee and the Zelda Collectors Edition (has 4 zelda games on it).

Other than that I'd have to say my gem is my Grim Fandango CD.

I have a nes and a snes. I also have a sega and a handheld sega. These are all originally owned as these came out when I was a kid. Also my animal crossing 3ds

I just picked up two copies of Mario Paint. One is the normal, version 1.01 type that everyone has. The one I picked up is 1.00, a special cart of Mario Paint that, when, a Game Genie is used correctly, triggers a very obscure debug menu. I actually found out about it on a forum, and apparently the debug menu is so obscure that not even TCRF knows about it.

Now I just need a functioning SNES and a Game Genie...

Pokemon Green(yeah the japanese one). Found it for like.. 7-8 bucks once in a store.

I wouldn't call anything in my collection rare, per se- but I've noticed that the Gamecube version of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker can go for a lot on Amazon... so I'll have to go with that.
