What's that Ammonite item with 3 shells? - solved

I've seen many people display this fossil on their islands but have never seen it in my game. It looks just like the Ammonite fossil but has 3 shells stacked. How do you get this item?

It’s the back side of the shark tooth pattern fossil

It’s one of the two. I don’t have my Switch open so I’m not 100% sure!

I think you are talking about the actual ammonite fossil. When you display it it looks like three shells stacked unevenly on top of each other, with a rough top.

Ya. that's just the back of the actual Ammonite Fossil, the top and largest one is the solo one you see on the front.

Yes I found out accidentally when i placed it and saw it from the back, i actually think it looks better that way and thats how i have it displayed outside the museum
