TBT is the currency you earn when making posts in most of the forums here, albeit at different rates per different forum
It's free to earn, so there's no real money involved. In fact it's forbidden to trade or sell it for real money, or any currency purchasable with real money. You can read up on the newly posted rules about this in the TBT Marketplace forum.
