What's so special about Stitches and Marshal?

I know these are some very popular villagers. Marshal is one of my dreamies, but just because I like smugs and would easily trade him for any other smug.

Stitches and Marshal... why does so many people seem to like them? I'm surprised Rosie isn't that popular, she's cute and adorable to me <3.

Then again, I'm not everybody.

It's just opinions tbh People like them because they think they look cuter I guess. Not everyone likes them but I think the majority of people do

Stitches is a colorful teddy bear so that may be the draw.

Marshal has a cute look(to me) and his house is nice. I think he suits his personality.

I am pretty Rosie is popular though..

I have all 3 in one town and I think they are all adorable. I wouldn't pay for any of them though.. Maybe Marshal.

It's just a matter of opinion and a favorited look. ^^

I like Marshal because he looks like a hipster squirrel. As for Stitches... well, he looks like an adorable teddy bear and I love teddy bearsssss -also, he has a lazy personality and says the cutest things ; U ; I have them both in my main town

Stitches is a teddy bear!!! He's kind of a novelty in the game, I guess, sort of a "unique" species like Julian the unicorn.


I don't get Marshal's popularity though. He's cute, but...eh.

I have Stitches, so can only say about him right now. Myself, I love the fact that he is really unique! A stuffed toy instead of a "real animal", his body looks like it was made from patches and the design is just really bright and clever. Other things, I just love the way he talks. And, this is something I greatly enjoy everytime - the way he sings the town tune. It just sounds so jazzy and nice, I swear, this is probably one of my favourite things in my town right now.

I have Stitches because he's the only lazy villager I really like. Marshal is okay, but I like Blaire better (she was actually very sweet and kind, whereas Marshal was rather 'meh').

I love Marshal because he reminds me of a cute chihuahua lol, all badass and aggressive on the outside but then again, he's a white cute squirrel ...

I have stitches on my town, I like his design but to be honest i don't LOVE him (I guess the fact he crashed his house right in front of mine doesnt help...) I mean, yeah he's cute and quite unique but I'd be really happy to trade him off lol (and I'm trying to).

I kinda like Marshal because of his colouring. But he's also one of the few not butt-ugly smugs.
Don't like Stitches though.

Stitches was a random move-in in my old town. I fell in love with him right away. I didn't even know he was popular until I started getting into the AC community and found out people shell out millions to get villagers like him.
Marshal's cute. If I ever lost Colton, I'd want Marshal, but I'm not paying for him.

Marshal reminds me of Eminem and since Eminem's name is Marshal, it made perfect sense xD but he's just a cute tsundere xDD
