WHAT?

So, today is my mayor's birthday (it's not my real birthday ). I come out of my house to find Tom waiting for me, which made me super happy because he's my best friend and he's never actually hosted my party before. But then at Tom's house I find Pekoe and Alfonso inside. ALFONSO. Who I don't talk to very much. Who I've never sent a single letter. Who I used to hit with a net because I thought it would make him move. How on earth do I have a higher friendship with him than villagers I actually like?

Have you ever had any unwanted guests at your birthday party? And also, has anyone ever snubbed you and not said happy birthday at all? Winnie totally snubbed me. :/

(P.S. at first I was sad that Walker wasn't at my party but he mailed me a present so it's all good. )

lol i think its totally random? i think its because of the net hitting that your friendship with alfonsco is increasing . i dont know, i kinda read that somewhere but not sure whether its true or not. and no, every villagers wished me happy birthday when it was my birthday. ugh winnie, seeing her in main street is enough to make me angry, now i have to see her name on the forum.

I remember Lolly (who I used to think was my bestie) wasn't at my party and didn't even send me a happy birthday letter. I was irrationally upset over that.

But Flurry was at my party, so all was well. ^_^

It seems like the game gets the first two birthday party guests right but the third one is usually someone you don't expect.I probably talk to Bill the least because he lives on the opposite side of town and he generally isn't out and about as much as the other ducks and yet he's been to both of my mayor's birthday parties.The third guest should have been Quillson or Pompom.

Yeah I agree. At mine there was lolly and Lionel who are my two favourites, but also fang. I like him but I hadn't interacted with him much yet. I assumed it was because he was a starter but maybe it was just random.

Well.... I was on the BFF status with Winnie, Jacques and Tammy and they were the three at my party, yay!

Of course it was Tammy who hosted it ^^'

My BFF didn't show up for my main town mayor birthday. During the week I was sending letters to Sydney to up our friendship and she showed up for my party.
If you want to celebrate your party with most or all of the villagers leave the game without saving each time. I did this with my main town mayor and she celebrated with all the villagers.

I have never had an unpleasant birthday, nor any unwanted guests. I do find that if the villager is fairly new, there is a good chance they will not wish you a happy birthday since they haven't been there long enough. I had no idea the choice of villagers depended on friendship levels. Lol, I thought it was utterly random!
