[sub]probably more villager personality types and dialogue options. playing gets boring after a while with the same dialogue again and again... i'd really love more diversity.
also, i want the villagers to wear hats and accessories. i know fauna would look really cute in a pair of glasses![/sub]
Longer hair for sure. There's not 1 hairstyle that's the same length as mine in real, mine goes down to my lower back. I'd also invent a toolbox so you could just carry your items all in one slot in your pockets instead of multiple slots, taking up room.
oh my god, loads of things. a lot of these i hope they'll add into the next game, because i'll be ever more in love with it than i am with NL if they do
-choosing where villagers live and being able to redecorate their houses like in HHD
-being able to place buildings and PWPs more accurately
-more shops on main street and ones that villagers can actually use and interact with
-lots more PWPs that both you and your villagers can use and interact with
-more dialogue and expanded personalities
-being able to destroy rocks, i hate rocks SO MUCH
-a bigger town and maybe 15 villagers rather than 10
-a bigger island and more stuff to do on the island, like take villagers with you
-more things to do with the villagers
-no voided villagers and a better way to keep them from moving out so easily
-more furniture items, rugs, ceiling items, pretty much everything in HHD but in a full game
-a toolbox or backpack to keep tools in so they don't take up so much inventory space
-more flowers/hybrids
-villagers being able to wear dresses, hats, long sleeves, etc and a better way to make them change their clothes
i could probably go on for days lol, but i really do hope they add a lot of this to the next game :')
I would definitely add more furniture, such as some of the items in Happy Home Designer. And of course being able to choose where in the town villagers move in. I also wish they would bring back the mechanic from Animal Crossing Population Growing (the Gamecube version of AC) of having a random sports ball around town every day, and a villager would ask for it and you would have to kick it to him/her without it falling off a cliff or into a river. That was fun. They should add panda villagers (pekoe doesn't really count) and/or red panda villagers too. Oh, and being able to choose what a villager wears. Merengue looks so cute in her chef outfit, but she changed out of that so fast. I managed to get her back in it, but she changed again shortly after. Now she's in this ugly blue and yellow striped shirt that goes horribly with her skin color. (lol end rant).
I'd like to make it so you can basically create your own map. You can choose the starter villagers houses, you can make a river, a beach, ocean, place buildings etc.
I just think it sounds so cool to invent your own town basically!
