I would just move out the ones in horrible spots first. My path is too important to me to change it.

I don't plot set, I just work around them ( sometimes very begrudgingly ).

I remember in my second town before I knew plot resetting was real, I loaded up my game and saw Shari's stupid house plot in front of my own.
I rage reset.
So I would give up on the game I think haha.
