What would be the best town layout be...

...that has a private beach and lots of room for building? I'm resetting soon and I want to make sure I have the best map I could ever hope for because that's my main motive for resetting. Which map would be the best for me that has lots of space? Make sure it has a private beach as well. http://i.imgur.com/KqkuSAz.png That is the link to all the possible layouts. I like a few of the layouts, such as B1, C1, B6, and D6. I had A3 before but I don't like it.

I had this one before and it was nice, but the private beach wasn't big enough for me.
I have this one right now and love it.

I have this map in my TTing town and I absolutely love it:

I have an ENORMOUS field that I can sprint around in.

It could be marginally better, if the pond was on the other side of Retail or something, but overall I'm seriously in love with my map.

Bump. By the way, Big Forum User, I really liked where you thought would be a good idea for my house. If I find a town I like with that layout, I think I might place my house there!
