I personally have about 15-20 dreamies and always think it would be awesome if I could just have them all! (I need room for Teddy, Chief, Deirdre and Cheri!)

What would be your ideal number of villagers and why?

15 villagers would be about right for me. I definitely have at least 12 dreamies I would want in my town, 10 spaces is just not enough. And it would leave the other 3 spaces open to rotate different villagers.

I'm alright with 10. I do have more villager that I would like to have in my town but it would get too cramped with houses.

15. Gamecube towns were the perfect size. 15 is enough villagers to have some variety and some spaces to rotate without losing your permanent residents. It's also small enough that it isn't unmanageable.

>10 is too little, imo, 10 almost isnt enough- probably like 12~15 would be a good range for me. ;O Any more than it would feel crowded qq

10 is just about okay for me!
i have all my dreamies and having more than one villager type is always kind of repetitive, since they have the same dialogue and hobbies.
with 10, i have enough space in the town for stuff other than houses and i also have enough friends to not get bored!

If the map is bigger like in the old days I'd say 15. I have a million dreamies. (30+ at least), so I want more!

All of them. I WANT THEM ALL! Except maybe pietro and the unibrow squirrel whatsherface, Hazel?

I'd need to build a skyscraper but hey, THAT is a good public works project.
