What was your first video game console?

Mine was the gameboy Advance SP, in the colour pearl pink which to lil old me was the best! All my brothers had one, so I stolen their games to play.
Still got it but don't have the charger so it's forever dead~

My first was the DS Lite. Unfortunately, over the years, it broke. I still have it 18 years later, soon to be 20! (Feeling old?)

Nintendo Switch Lite (yellow) that I got for Xmas in 2019. I mainly use the console now to play ACNH. The joy cons also have bad controller drift (but only when I touch them), so I use the purple LED pro controller.

A PS2 gifted to my family, with some Call of Duty and Power Rangers game alongside Tekken 5, which was the one I liked playing the most! Though the first console I owned all by myself is the 3DS, though I only had Rayman 3D and Pokémon Heartgold (and countless game demos) to play on it.

My first one was the N64 as a family. My first one of my own was the Gameboy.. the hours I would spend playing Pokémon

Nintendo Wii! My sister, aunt, and I got it for Christmas when we were kids and spent countless hours playing AC City Folk, Just Dance, and Wii Sports Resort together. Miss those days!! 😭

aside from the vtech educational gamepad, my first real video game console was the nintendo wii, purchased by my parents in 2008/2009. i think they bought it solely for wii sports because it was an exercise game, we also had wiifit at one point because we also had the wii balance board.

i still have the same wii from 15+ years ago and i still play it occasionally. it has all the data from my childhood and funnily enough, it’s still nicknamed “biff” from when my dad set it up.

one of the earliest messages on my wii message board is an entry for go. diego, go! great dino rescue.
