What was your first gyroid?

This just popped into my head, but do you remember the first gyroid you have ever gotten in the game? This can be for all titles. My first from the gamecube Animal Crossing game was the gongoid and it's one of my favorites too. I think my first on New Leaf was a mega freakoid.

Also, what did you think of gyroids the first time you saw them/knew they existed?

I think the first gyroid I got in the Gamecube version was actually the mega freakoid too. I thought all the gyroids would be as interesting, but I was disappointed after that.

The first animal crossing game I played was new leaf. The first gyroid I ever got was a tall quaziod it's still in my house, too. I remember my first thought being something like "aw sweet it dances AND makes cool sounds."

The first Gyroid I remember is the one that sits outside your house in the Gamecube version - the one you save your game with. I was supremely freaked out by them so I didn't collect any of the ones I could keep inside my house, haha. The first one I picked up and kept in New Leaf, though, was a Wee Dingloid because the name made me laugh..

I... didn't realize this was a thing people paid attention to? I have no idea what my first was. I know I liked the item sprite way better than the actual design once it was set up.

My first game was WW, and when I got my first Gyroid, I decided that I hated them. I hated their looks, I hated their noise, everything (at the time). I'd sell AAAALLLLLL of the Gyroids I found, not knowing how valuable they can actually be, and got on with my life. I have no idea what my first Gyroid was in WW, as I disliked them that much.

In NL, on this save anyway (which was reset on 1/1 for the challenge), I'm saving all my Gyroids (or at least, one of each) for decor or a museum exhibit or something. The first one I got, which I got today, was a Tootoid - I believe.

Honestly, me neither. I was just having a conversation one day about collecting the gyroids and I suddenly realized I somehow remembered my first gyroid even though it's been years since I played the first one.

I wish they would still make music to the beat of the songs like they used to.
