And now for a disturbing fun fact! Did you know that historians think pozole was originally made with human flesh? Blech. I'm glad that went out of fashion 700 years ago.

Lemon bars are one of my favorite things to make! I really need to make them again soon, I make mine with a really thick pie dough crust at the bottom. So dang good. Anyways the last thing I really "made" fully like that wasn't just putting something in the oven or microwave was some super yummy snicker-doodle cookies. It was weird because I was scared they wouldn't turn out because I realized too late into the making process that we didn't have any eggs left so I used extra oil as a substitute but they came out super fluffy and amazing I was really supersized!
