What type of villager suggests....

I found a site that had a list of all the PWP and which type of character would suggest them (eg cranky, jock, lazy villagers) but now I can't find it! Does anyone know what type of villager would suggest flower arch, picnic blanket, fairy tale themed PWPs?

Peppy villagers suggest fairy-tale things. I got the flower arch, but I can't remember who suggested it.

edit Okay, I found this list. It's not super user-friendly, but if you control-F search for the name of the PWP you want it will tell you. Flower arch is from a normal villager, picnic blanket... it says "aneki"? I'm not sure what that is.

uchi villagers request the picnic blanket, flower arches are from normal villagers, and peppy+normal villagers request the fairy tale stuff. c:
