what town upgrades can you get?

i already got the<big> town bridge</big> and the <big>fountain</big> too.

what else do i get after that.

and how do you get a <big>light house</big> and a <big>windmill</big>?

after its builded donate another 1m to get the other one
(lets say you have a ligthhosue donate 1m fro windmile)

lighthouse=rarer fish

The Lighthouse/Windmill is the next thing you get. You donate 1 mill bells to get it. Then you pick which one you want. Lighthouse attracts rarer fish, and Windmill makes your town a bit more perfect. Some people say the windmill also attracts rarer bugs. Hope I helped!

If its not allready been donated donate 1m then when its builded donate another 1m.
Plus meanwhile its getting builded (the first one) you could gather 1m .

are you sure cuz i donated the bells for the bridge and fountain all together and i got them both before chubster paid 3mil.
