What Town Layout is the biggest? (want to reset town because mine is small)

Hi all!

I have been looking around at some Dream Towns and looking to try and find the biggest town layout but I can't seem to find the best layout.

I want to reset my town cuz my town is so small compared to what I have seen. :/

I have limited space and I just feel I have found other people's towns to be larger than mine so I will reset soon.
Can anyone help me and tell me what is the biggest town or best layout they have found or have?

Post pictures of your map even if you can it would help a lot!

I know I just meant the river cuts off some maps really badly leaving little space. And some map layouts give the feeling of bigger with better river layouts and patterns.

I would imagine the maps where the river does the least amount of turns(2).

B3 on the lower right. River doesn't block off any areas for construction. Visible waterfall. Nice area to plot reset for a neighborhood if you so choose. Lots and lots of space across the river to do pmuch whatever you want.

It Looks good I'll give it a shot and see how it looks in-game .

Anyone else have any other town layout ideas?

Look for a river that has the least amount of curves. Also I suggest looking for a town with a small private island rather than having 2 beaches. So only 1 ramp.
