My island is dinosaur-themed! One of the features is two ponds right next to each other with a 1-tile wide gap in between them. They form the shape of a bone on the map!

I want this area to be a fishing spot, as evidenced by the sign, and I've got a little fishing deck you can see just off to the left, and I've done some path ideas, but In general, I was looking to get some ideas of what else I could do around here! I was thinking maybe put some more sand around to move palm trees here and make a little oasis, but I ended up using sand paths so now I'm not so sure. What have you done with your ponds? What do you think I should do with mine?

Maybe go along the rustic side perhaps with the wild log bench and wood stools?
Maybe display some big fish in their tanks? Or get some fish models?

Unrelated - but your paths are absolutely gorgeous. Love how you used a mix and used a combination of square / rounded-edges. Man, that looks so nice.

I think bamboo trees look great next to ponds. You may even want to incorporate a few cliffs in the back with a couple mini waterfalls. The stones you can craft (garden stones / pond stones) really liven things up too. :)

For your little fishing deck - maybe you could expand it into a bait/fishing shop?

Ah, thank you! Getting the paths like that was not easy, I tell you.

I love the idea of bamboo trees and some stones, and expanding the deck into a mini shop! Thanks so much for the idea!

This is probably dumb, but what about a big pond and smaller ponds to look like a big dinosaur track? IDK.
I was planning a large lake to go up on my second level of cliffs - I like the idea of making it a track shape! Thanks!
