What time does a camper arrive?

So I started a new town to begin cycling, and so far I've built the camp project and TT'ed the day after it was finished.
There is no camper, and I'm using the reset trick.
I've been told villagers appear at 12:00am and I've been told 6:00am at other times.
I'm not sure what time to TT to so I can use the campsite cycling trick to get one of my dreamies to move in and send to my other town(other 3DS).

I think it would be six, since that's when the game registers a "new day", but I'm not actually sure.

6 am because 6 am registers a new day within acnl!! That's why when you reset plot, you have to make a new character 6 am or later!! Goodluck!!

Yes it is at 6:00. In animal crossing, the day switches at 6. Also, for the future, there's a thread for questions like this one.
