What third party game would sell you on the Wii U?

Pick any game. EA, Ubisoft, any developer of anything. What game would sell you on the Wii U?

Grand Theft Auto 5 would be great on Wii U. I know many people on Miiverse want it, but the way I see it, it would be perfect on Wii U. The hardware could handle it as it is supposed to be more powerful than the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3. You could use the Pro Controller or the GamePad. (Classic Controller Pro could work too I guess...) GTA 5 would be Rockstar's perfect introduction on Wii U, period.

but anyways if they made GTAV or Minecraft (even though thats basically already confirmed) i would be sold
