What things have never happened for you in game?

I've never been inside the Reset Surveillance Center.
I always check to see if it's open but I've had no luck so far!
Until yesterday, I had never used the Megaphone! I had no idea how to use it or what it was for but it's completely changed the way I hunt down villagers now.

I've never gotten Katrina's shop. And it's been years since I've seen villagers visit each other on none birthday occasions. I've also never gotten a golden tool (except for golden slingshot), and I've never gotten the silver watering can. Nor have I ever completed any encyclopaedias, or gotten the perfect town status.

I never knew Katie was a thing until I found out her last year. I never played online, so I didn't know about her.The Reset Center is also another thing I didn't know about.

Before I joined the forum, I'd never had Katie or been asked to collect signatures. I'd also never had a tenth villager. Of course all that stuff has actually happened to me now, but I've also never had a poor town rating. I didn't even know the rafflesia existed until someone mentioned it a couple of weeks ago... I've also never had a villager request a perfect fruit, which apparently can happen.
