Techsider? I just visited nintendo's "great" tech help boards. huh. Not really all that great. You can't chat on them, just ask for help and about technical issues...

Nsider forums may or may not return, though they probably wont unfortunately.

I've seen these tech forums, they are what the name implies, Tech forums, not for chatting and such. So yeah...

Well when NSider closed the NSiders thought they found a hole in the system for them because in game manuals it said to go to the forums for support. Supposedly you can't change that for years after it's printed, so the NSiders thought they found a way to get NSider back. But they just put up tech support boards.
