I love my 2nd town layout an I can make it a really pretty town but I also want to make it a cycling town!

Go for cycling for a little bit, then decide. Help others out with their dreamies. It's never too late to start making a beautiful town, so why rush it?

You can do both! Go to Isabelle and start the Garden Ordinance, so you don't have to worry about weeds. If you get villagers you really like then keep them, but be extra careful about TT.
