What should I do with my town?

I hope you read the title, as it summarizes what this thread is about.

My work-in-progress town of Daw? Row is a town that is supposed to be special or something you don't see everyday in real life or never see in real life. My dream villagers portray that as:
-Tia is an elephant, yet she resembles a teapot
-Tangy is a cat, yet she resembles a tangerine
-Ankha is a cat, yet she resembles those cats who are mummified and place with mummies for companions to the underworld
-Mira is a rabbit, but she is based off Sailor Venus
-Phoebe is a ostrich, but she resembles a phoenix
-Knox is a chicken, yet a knight
-Ribbot is a frog, but he resembles a robot
-Stiches is a cub, but he resembles a teddy bear
-Zucker is a octopus, but he resembles takoyaki
-Julian is a horse, but, well, you know what he is

Can someone suggest PWPs for my town? Also, what kinds of facilities should I make? Can anyone suggest pathways for my town and what I should do with it?

I recommend the Fairy-Tale PWPs. The Fairy-Tale Bench, Fairy-Tale Bridge, Fairy-Tale Clock, Fairy-Tale Streetlight, and the Fairy-Tale renovations for the Town Hall and Train Station would fit your theme, at least in my opinion. They all look unusual, something you wouldn't really see in real life.
The Bell pwp might go well. There's also the Balloon Arch. The Bus Stop and Water Well might also be good.

I think some neutral (or pretty) cobblestone/brick might be a good idea for your paths. I agree with the Fairy Tale PWPS, I'm not too original so maybe you could make a lovely garden with bushes.

I was going to suggest the fairy-tale items as well, especially the bridges, benches, and clock. For houses, maybe some dream-like themes/uncommon themes to them? (I'm not sure how to explain what I mean though, so I hope that makes sense?)
