What should I build in my downtown area?

So I’m working on a little downtown district with lots of y’all buildings, and I’m looking for something to build on one of the rooftops!

Please vote or give any suggestion in the comments! I’ll post a pic when I’m done

I picked rooftop garden because that is very nostalgic to me! What are some of the surrounding features below the rooftop area? If there's some rivers/scenic views a cafe or pizza shop could be nice as well.

Gotta go with the pizza restaurant! Everyone has gardens but who doesn't love pizza??

I like the garden idea. But the pizza place could be fun, and it would be possible to combine the two.

An arcade would look great with all the machine lights if the rest of your area is highly urban (e.g.: concrete streets, utility poles). Could mix in the diner sign too!

If there isn't a lot of greenery in your area currently, I'd vote for the rooftop garden for some contrast.

I decided to go with a rooftop garden since there was much less space than I anticipated. Though I do really love how it turned out!

I think I will try out an arcade next, but I do need to get a lot more simple panels first

Picked a rooftop area bc those are always fun. I used to have sort of an "in construction" rooftop area for stargazing. I used stuff like the steel frame, solar panel, neon diner sign and telescope. I liked it but at the same time it took up a bit of space...

I picked pizza shop because I see a lot of the others more often! You could get so creative with a pizza shop! Maybe even a rooftop pizza place with a little seating area terrace!

So I tried the pizzeria, aaaand there wasn’t enough space even in a different area.

So now I’m trying to make a little home bakery in an apartment-esque building, and I remember seeing a custom design used on a table that looked like cookie dough rolled out and cookie cutters. Anyone happen to know where I can find one like that?
