I'd say half and half. Its close to late fall, but for real. Its still Fall.

It is in Fall both technically and by general 'feel'. At earliest I can't consider it winter until Dec 1 even though it doesn't actually start until Dec 21st.

It's technically still fall. I wouldn't even say "late fall" seeing as there is still almost a month of fall left after your birthday.
