What RVs+items can you get without cards or amiibos?

As you may or may not know, I've been inspired by HappyTails to restart my physical copy of acnl(which is a cycling town) and get everything myself without trading.
Now, I'm in a bit of a predicament, but maybe not. My possible issue is being unable to carry out certain plans because of my lack of rv cards or amiibos...I have zero. And of course, the items that work in my plans can only be obtained by trading -_-"
Could somebody please find or make a moridb list of what I could get in the basic rvs? I already know what my options are from Harvey's shop, so I just need the basic rv's items.
I know there is: Jack, Chip, Nat, Saharah, Blanca, Wendall, Joan, Jingle, Pascal, Franklin, Gulliver, Zipper and Pave. If there are any more, let me know please

You can go on moridb and do advaced search and type in the name of the people's rv you need to see the items for. Also you can get rv items from Harvey's shop.

Just passing to add that if you have the modern police pwp, you'll only ever get booker in your campsite and vice versa. The dog in your town will never camp there. I'm not sure if both can appear as long as you don't have either in your town, but it would make sense.

That explains why I haven't seen them. Usually the poilce station isn't suggested so I can't get it. Thanks for letting me know
