What prizes should I have for a dream town contest?

In a month or later, I plan on having a dream town contest. This is a prize suggestion thread, and I plan on giving out collectibles to the top three. I also plan on giving 1,000 TBT to the 1st place winner, 500 TBT to the 2nd place winner, and 250 TBT to the 3rd place winner. But what collectibles are good to give away? I have some TBT beach party items, but I don't have some other items many people have. I've only been a member for a month, and there are some items I like to give away.
