What path do You use?

I’d like to see some of the paths you guys use around town! Personally, I use the brick path with road designs over it for most of my paths, except for the boardwalk. Here’s a pic:

It’s sad custom overlaid paths don’t make sound, but at least they show up on the map!

I’d love to see some of your ideas!

The only custom path I use is a railroad track. Otherwise, my island employs the standard set purchased with Nook Miles.

I'm using all the standard paths right now but I'm hoping they add more custom design slots so I can some custom pathing going.

I mostly use the standard paths because they are easy to shape and they are pretty good.

I have a custom path for the path to my secret beach. Its like mossy stones, like its abandoned.

I have a darker version of The Path with some leaves. Although I am thinking about changing it it to reduce the number of custom design slots it takes up.

I use the dark dirt for marking my villagers' flowerbeds. I use a lot of cobblestone and the arch stone path.

I have 2 sets of custom designs for my boardwalk and this random one to make a patio. I should find something that's more easily reusable.

I use the cobblestone for pathways, terracotta & arched stone for plazas, and custom borders. I'm thinking about switching to just arched stone plazas, since having two full border sets takes up most of my custom patterns, and arched stone shares a border set with cobblestone. I've also got dark dirt flowerbeds, a sand zen garden w/pattern overlays, and a couple wooden decks w/borders.

I use only the in game paths, but I think I use the stone and arched ones the most.

I use the one that looks like a brick path?? I forgot the name lol. I also use the dirt path and the wooden path. Andddd I have a custom patch (a version of The Path)

I use a lot of the stone paths. May add a few custom paths now that I just opened up some slots by removing my soccer field.

I like the look of stone, especially for my island which has a natural, rustic theme going. So it's mostly a single tile wide meandering path all over my island, with little orange and blue stars here and there on the path itself, because my island is called Littlestar.

I’m also fairly partial towards the wooden pathway. It looks amazing for farmers markets!

I’ve used most of them. But right now just the brick and dark dirt (except for the “plots” where I’m moving houses to. I had some custom paths in my funeral area and cemetery but I had to shift the layouts a bit and I haven’t put them back yet.

I use The Path because it looks nice and it's easier to build diagonal pathways with it. I tried to do it with the terracotta path as well but it doesn't look as good as The Path.

i use the stone one overlaid with some road lines/gutters and footpath-y stone brick designs. i used to have full-on custom roads everywhere but them being silent was driving me up the WALL so i redid things to make it work with the stone path. i need the clack-clack too badly

I only use the game's default paths. I've been saving my custom design slots for signs and other accents such as scattered leaf piles, stones, etc.

The default paths in the game are soo good and I cannot sacrifice the sound they make for a custom one. I mostly use the cobblestone but I use the darker dirt one too in my woods.

I use custom designs for my pathing, mainly "The Path" right now!! The default paths dont' fit super well with my theme, so I went for a more natural approach.
