What ordinance do you use and why?

I have literally hundreds of flowers so Beautiful Town is a must.

Never tried anything else other than Beautiful Town. I'm extremely lazy when it comes to watering my flowers most days, so it's been in place for as long as I can remember. I don't think I'll ever have any need to change it. The golden watering can at least makes watering my hybrid breeding patches a little more tolerable but the animation lock from watering flowers is still too much of an annoyance for me to water every single flower. I think the only time I'll ever do that again is when I finally upload my perfect dream.
