What manga do you like?

So I just got a free 20 quid Amazon voucher, and I'm planning to buy some manga / Japanese novels when the code comes through ;D

I was wondering what manga / novels you guys like, so I could get some ideas of what to buy ^~^;
If you have any recommendations, that would be great haha

One Piece.. only one I still read that is part of a longer series going on. I do like me some more 'indie' mangas and stuff though.

Goodnight Punpun is my absolute favorite. It finally got its first volume translated in English. I don't recommend reading this if you're not 18+ it's extremely dark and extremely depressing. (uncensored nudity, rape, masturbation/porn, physical abuse, mental abuse, gore, suicide, etc.) It's really depressing honestly. I started reading it in 2012 and I still can't get fully over it.

It's very lighthearted and more cheerful in the beginning, but as the manga progresses it significantly gets darker and darker. So you have to be pretty invested in it in order to reach the more darker themes. Looking back at the earlier parts of the manga it's somewhat nostalgic because things felt so much more simple and innocent. I wish you luck if you do end up reading it. It brought back a lot of repressed feelings in the past for me back to life, just the thought pattern of the main character in general were so relatable to my own in some ways.
