Nice try....OddCrazyMe said:Bojour!
I took German and Spanish my freshman year, I don't recommend it, unless you're a study maniac (not the elementary language classes require studying). Fortunately I knew Spanish well enough it was becoming second nature by then, but I kept confusing the pronouns and verbs, so I dropped German last year.Bulerias said:Umm... None at the moment... but I'm considering either Japanese or Spanish. Hell, I might take two at the same time, as confusing as that could possibly get.
Yeah, and thing is, I'm gonna be doing it at the U of M... through the PSEO program or whatever it's called... and that's in addition to the home schooling classes. So like... 4 classes at home... and then 3 or 4 more at the U... definitely gonna be hard.Mino said:I took German and Spanish my freshman year, I don't recommend it, unless you're a study maniac (not the elementary language classes require studying). However, while German and Spanish have roots in the Indo-European language branch, Japanese is entirely different than Romance languages such as Spanish and would likely be much more difficult to confuse.
