What kind of furniture items do you wish to be added?

I would love cute little potion bottles that sparkle and just look magical.

Also, instead of villager pics as a reward for becoming bffs with your animals, I kind of want plushie versions of them instead! They can say they made it for you so you'll always remember them. Instead of "looking" behind the photo for the bday and quote info, you can just read a tag that's "attached." Obviously it wouldn't actually show, but yeah.. I think it would be cuter than a photo. They wouldn't even have to be super accurate to the way the animal looks. Since it's "handmade" they can look a little silly, like maybe it's made of socks, or the button eyes are 2 different sizes. I just think each plushie could look unique and feel special, vs a photo in a frame of just a stock photo of the animal. But of course, you can still get their photos in an event similar to April Fool's Day! And hopefully you can hang them on the wall this time.

I want a smoke machine that actually adds mystical smoke to the room, and you can get it refurbished into different coloured smoke!

I have so many more ideas, but I'm blanking right now lol. So I'll update this later. In the mean time, I'd love to hear of some furniture items that you really wish you had, that would've perfectly finished a room if only you just had it!

I wish there was more astronomy-based stuff in the game. I really wanted to make a galaxy themed house, but all the stuff I liked it only filled one room.

Like, planet models or plushies (besides the sun), a mini solar system model, magnet games, a model of the earth?s layers, a moon lamp, etc.

I also wish there were more cultural items! This may sound lame and probably nobody can relate, but I?m Native American and I?d love if there were star quilts and other cultural items that I could put in my house besides the totem poles... there?s a lot of items from different cultures especially Gulliver?s stuff, and I usually put the Japanese themed items in my room because I love them, but I wish I could make a room themed by items from my culture and other Indigenous cultures!

Yes! Cultural items would be sooo lovely! It would be educational too because we all can learn from the cultural items! I've definitely learned a lot from googling items in the game that I didn't understand the culture/purpose behind it, and that's one of the best parts of the game I think ^_^

And I love galaxy stuff too, so I totally am all for it!

Also just area rugs in general I need me some rugs that are their own items and can be moved around and not attached to the actual flooring

I actually agree with this! The furniture looks cool, but I don't want my characters' rooms to look sloppy. Maybe it would work as a refurbishing option.

I want more items like the fairy in a bottle! I have a lot of trouble finding cute fantasy items and I think its a real shame all the good ones are RV exclusives

I don't know that I would trust another country to get Native American stuff right. Heck, white people don't even get it right and we've been living with y'all forever. I would love for your culture to be represented, though, and it sucks that all you get is totem poles.

Floor rugs that come in all shapes and designs, window curtains that can be swapped out on any window, and ceiling fans to fit in any room no matter how small would make any house more homey and I would so love those. Also, more magical things would be neat too, so I agree on that one. Plus, I love your idea on the plushies! I can never get real plushies in real life, so having it in the game would be my number one thing. I would really work hard to collect them all.

Yeah I definitely think plushies would have a more collectible feeling since each one will be unique. At this point I dont really care much for the photos since they're just pictures and all the frames are the same except for colour.

And yes! Floor rugs and curtains and ceiling items! Ooh and wouldnt it be nice to have floor to ceiling windows with long drapes? And when you opened the drapes, you can actually see the outside of the town when you look out the window?? It would be so nice to be able to design the town while keeping in mind the view from the houses! ^_^

And ahhh yes yes yes the portraits of them had to be able to hung at the wall already! Absolutely love that!!

Personally I've been wanting the minor changes of some furniture. Like it's said earlier, small rug. That you can refurbish with QRs and with which you can decorate a part of the floor! Why there isn't!!
Or, the mirror. I want it to actually reflect what's in front of it, not like just unchanging glass color.
And foremost, I WANT TO TAKE A BATH!! Like actual bath. Not like just watching it there.

I was thinking for a few minutes and I cannot come up with something at all. XD But I feel like the interaction with furniture should be expanded more. I have a telephone booth in my house and it kinda irks me that you really couldn't use the telephone. there's a lot of furniture that you can own and look interesting but yet, does not have a unique interaction with it.

I wish there were more house plants, like succulents or orchids - going along with this i wish there were more ?growable/breedable? flower types like more carnation variations and maybe flowering trees.

Itd also be cool to have more customizable furniture options (for pre-existing and new items)
Like itd be cool to be able to customize things like the retro fridge or the minimalist set.

Yaay I?m so happy to hear that! Yeah at most I?ve found a few totem poles furniture items, the totem pole PWP, the dream catcher and a quilt. It isn?t much!
