i named my town chai tea!
i named it that because the entire ac series has helped me through my chronic depression and anxiety, it just always has.


something about having such a bad past and negative people in your life and opening a little village of adorable animals who are always so positive greet you everyday and make you feel loved.

animal crossing helps me with negative thoughts, and makes me feel at ease and it's fun for me, it relaxes me. chai tea does just that for me as well. 1) iii loooooove it 2) the vanilla and spices just soothe my throat and mind and I just thought it was so ironic and connected things and idk.. ;~;

Feldspar was actually a result of my Pokemon X purchase. I couldn't decide what to name my main character, so I got the bright idea to go through a list of obscure colors and came up with Skobeloff, the greatest name ever and also a shade of bluish-gray.

Thrilled with my success, I followed in similar fashion when naming my AC town. (Feldspar is also a color.)

When I started a second town, I happened to find out that Feldspar is a mineral as well as a color. So I picked Flint, so they could both be double-meaning towns. (My mayors are the same way – November and August.)

Sadly I couldn't fit in Higanbana for my town name, but Higanbana means red spider lily.
And in Latin, Lily is Lilium, which is also the name of Elfen Lied's opening. So why not? :d

Starmie because I couldn't think of anything else at the moment when making the town. I do remember my thought process being that I like stars but then I thought of pokemon and remembered that my first ever favorite pokemon was starmie since misty was my favorite gym leader in the game lol

I kinda wanna go back in time just to name it something a little more related to what I like now, but it's a pretty unique town name since only one other person has a dream address with the same name

Rosewood. It's not all that unique, but I wanted to pick a name that reflects my style and personality. My town's gonna be small and quaint, almost forest themed, but not quite. More countryside, maybe.

Rosewood was the name of my boyfriend's old town, but when I got the game he restarted so we could progress together. He went with Haven and I took his old town's name. c:

I named mine Lindoria because I was eating Lindor chocolates when Rover asked me and...of course I would name my town after chocolate.

Eldin because I am obsessed with Twilight Princess and love the province names. It was either that or Ordon (I know the province is technically Ordona but I like the town name better).

crescent. after the moon, since I'm a cancer and the moon is my planet. when I try to find names for anything I try to give them personal meaning, and then put a spin on it, so it isn't so directly obvious.

My last town was called Talis. It was a name of a country in one of my favorite (at that time) books. But I continued reading that book series and it turned out that the country Talis housed the most evil people in the world in the book. So I scrapped that

Now my town is called Bluebell, because if I was a flower, my family says I'd be a bluebell... so yeah, personal story there

All my characters are named after enchanted items from Arthurian Legend so I named it Camelot.
