Well, I can describe it:
My mayor has the black hair with the roll-back fringe. Shes wearing a bandage, a straw hat and a sweater dress.

I've always loved the tiny round black glasses. Before and after resetting I have had my mayor wearing them. I also really like the way the dark green hair looks with the geisha wig, so I've had her wearing that for a while. In the spring and summer she wears the loud bloom dress, fishnet tights and kimono sandals, and in the fall and winter she wears the yellow raincoat dress, fishnet tights and yellow buckle up shoes.
In both outfits I coordinated the colors, which might help you find something you like. The loud bloom dress has pink and green in it, like the kimono sandals and her hair. The yellow raincoat goes with the gold clips in the geisha wig.

My mayor, Blush, is currently wearing a toga, the tiara hair in pink, grey eyes, white stockings, and the ballet slippers. I think it's really cute. :3
