What is your favourite memory during this pandemic?

The pandemic has definitely been rough but there's been a few highlights.

-I met my lovely girlfriend! Definitely the biggest highlight by far. I love her so much and I feel so lucky that I was able to meet her in spite of the pandemic.

-I learned to sew! I've been wanting to learn to sew for ages but when I was working full time all my focus was there. The free time from the pandemic gave me more time to learn to sew. I am definitely a slow learner and an even slower sewer, lol. But I've finished three pieces and I'm slowly working on more.

-I got more active here on TBT! Before the pandemic I think the last time I was on here was 2016 or 2018 maybe? It had been a little while, at least! With the release of New Horizons though I found myself back here and I've made some really lovely friends since. This community is so lovely and definitely a bright spot in the middle of the pandemic.

Honestly, it would be whenever I get to take care of my nephew. He was born last summer and I babysit him from time to time. He's just such a chill and sweet baby. Last week, I wrapped him in a blanket after he woke up from a nap, because the AC was on. He just smiled and nodded off to sleep again against my chest. It was in that moment that I knew that I love him so much and want to keep being a part of his life, no matter what happens.
