Personally, I like the Elite Market Price Bug Hunt!

I can play that one over and over and over again to grind out the medals.
Next I would have to say is the Elite Ore Hunter.

I have no idea why but I like the scavenger tour. It's the most efficient way to earn medals for me because I can do it in a short amount of time. I know my catalogue well

Elite Scavenger Tour!

I'm not crazy about the island tours, TBH, but the Scavenger Tour is pretty fun and the Elite version is a good way to earn medals quickly. Official Hide & Seek is cute and easy, but isn't as good for medals (the Elite version has too many pitfalls, haha).

If I'm touring with a friend, the Hammer Tour is funny, and the Balloon Hunt is OK, too.

Tuna Kahuna is the best tour if I want to grind medals.I also like the Elite Hide and Seek(or any hide and seek tours) if I want to have fun at the island by myself.

And I spent all of my the medals on mermaid furniture and hibiscus starters so........0 medals

Scavenger tour is so easy if you know your furniture and nets you so many medals. I also like bbug catching ones since I'm pretty good at them otherwise i just rage if I do any other from sucking at it ;;

I like the gardening tour. Running around collecting specific types of flowers is so fun and relaxing to me. I also really love the scavenger tour.

I like the elite scavenger if I want to get as many medals as possible. I enjoy all the bug catching ones as I am quite good at those.

I am not great at the fishing ones because being under time pressure makes my thumb too twitchy. I have about 100 medals ATM.
