What is your favourite and least favourite type of map?

I really hate those strips of land which you can't do anything with or those layouts where rocks seem to be placed in order to mess with you. And I like those layouts where you have space to do anything you want, but not too much or it will look too empty.

I have no problem with any maps. I can make anything work. Oh wait... I actually DO have an issue if the Retail is situated up against the train tracks. That is a no sale for me. Hey, I did have something!
