I really like any bug catching and gardening ones! I think my first favourite would be flower picking since you just grab the flowers and run around most of the time no worrying too much ;D

The elite scavenger hunt is great for when I'm wanting a lot of medals quickly. I wouldn't say it's the most enjoyable though
I like hide and seek and the hammer one (can't remember it's name) it's a good stress reliever
Oh and the market bug one, also can't remember it's proper name. It's been so long since I did tours

my favorite for earning medals is the elite scavenge hunt-- it's easy plus i goes by quickly; very profitable. i also like the tuna catching tour, it takes some luck and skill, but i enjoy fishing for them and it has a high reward.

any dragonfly hunting tour is really fun to me, i just like running after them. and the hammer tours to me are the most fun to play with other people; like everyone's said there's a stress-relieving satisfaction to busting that lawnmower, and it's also easy to play with others as it really isnt subject to mix-ups or communication issues.
