I’m a little confused as well. Whatever this is, it is quite unclear. Is this referring to a word or phrase in a different language, or possibly a typo?

Perhaps it's referring to some kind of sparkle-related item, or effect, or a particular ground pattern?? That's my random silly guess.
Hopefully, Shawn will be able to shed light on this at some point.
