What is this I hear about a star coin menu?

I've read about a star coin menu in NSMB Wii but have yet to see one or find a button. What the heck is it?

I think it might be the menu you can see by pushing the plus button while on the map and hitting "Star Coins". It will list all the unlocked worlds and which star coins you have found and which you still need to find. =)

Oh yeah! I've just been focused on saving and stuff, I didn't even read the plus menu all the way. Thanks!
