What is the odd clock?

Today I bought an odd clock from Timmy and Tommy and I was wondering if it was based of a real life item because it looks so special to me.

Good question! To me it seems to be a torsion pendulum clock, possibly styled after a renaissance turret clock.

The interesting thing about these types of clocks is that many of them can run for over an entire year, though unfortunately they don't tend to be as accurate as regular pendulum clocks.

Ahh yes, I too have interests like that. Some things are just fascinating. I'm the same way with weather, certain animals, and a plethora of other subjects i just read, read, read and can never get enough of learning about certain things

but i'm kinda weird - i used to read Encylopedias as a kid lol
