What is the best method of Time Traveling a villager out?

So, a few days ago, I picked up Rasher from the void. As you can likely guess, I don't approve of this. I have a different cranky I want. At least his house didn't destroy anything. Anyways, I wanna get him or Felicity out, but not any of my other villagers. So what Time Traveling technique is the easiest, fastest, and safest? Which method had helped you out in the past? I don't want any of my dreamies to move out.

I use the 2 days method, but it's tricky to do correctly, and a lot of people have lost dreamies from this method :c I, personally, haven't lost any of my favorite villagers, but this definitely isn't a method I would recommend.

Really? Going two days forward and two days back always worked for me. I haven't lost a single villager doing that trick in a loooong time. Just as long as you check in on everyone, and go ahead only one day after going two days ahead/back, you'll be able to stop someone you want around from trying to leave without any problems.

That way is so risky, are you kidding me.. Don't do it. The best way of doing it is just to go one day at a time and check them all. It's tedious but it's the safest.

I go 2 days forward 2 days back. I've lost several villagers. My fault for not having patience to make sure. I won't tt anymore because of this. Having to switch my villagers out from one town to another is a pain lol.

I agree. I has worked for me plenty of times. I just wasn't careful enough so I lost villagers.

It definitely works as long as you're careful and thorough with checking and talking to all of your villagers.

I got Felicity to want to move away! Now I just need Rasher to move away! Then I can get BOTH of my remaining dreamies.

Felicity is one of my dreamies ;-; Idk if I'll try this method I have so many villagers I want to move out

Fast forward every 2 days and talk to all of your villagers to insure that none of them move out. You need to do this if you want to keep all of you villagers from moving (except the one you want to move out). Eventually, he will ask you that he wants to leave. This process is very tedious and could be done in about 1~5 hours? Depends on luck haha.

Sometimes the very last villager to move in can be the hardest to move out, at least it has been for me
