What is pikmin flower box

There hacked items. My freind who has hacked the game gave it to me. (Becuse I am a huge pikmin fan.) And he told me it was hack only. Although you can see it in the catalog you can't buy it. Whenever you touch it it goes pikmin like the title screen of Pikmin 1.

I think the only way to get them in the game without hacking is from gulliver.
