I started with viola, and then played trumpet as a result of peer pressure. Then I switched to french horn, and although I'm still learning some stuff about it, I do enjoy it.

Also, Steve, didn't you have depression even before you played flute?

Viola all the way. I also used to dabble in piano in the early years, and I perform in various choirs.

Flute - I love how soothing this can be, which is ehat made me choose it in sixth grade. Cause quite a bit of depression, though.
Piccolo - I play this in my spare time.
Piano - Same as Flute.
Starting on Violin - My stepsister is giving me lessons, I don't think I'm really coordinated, though.
Just about anything - Hey, I play the desk instrument; in the Percussion section.

Trumpet for my middle school band. I am pretty good I guess, but used to be a lot better than the average person at my age but now am falling behind, because i haven't gone to All-County or anything in a long time, giving me more challenging music.
