What in the world!!

Sorry! I really need the attention-getting drama title for this one.

First the good news...I trapped Phoebe with holes and she suggested the geyser I have been wanting! I thought it was odd that she didn't say anything about suggesting it to Isabelle, though. So I ran over to the town hall and (now the bad news) here is my PWP list: town-hall renovation; station reconstruction; police station; cafe. That is it!

I had a whole bunch of stuff on here before this! I don't want any of those, and haven't planned any space for them! I never thought the game would try to force any PWP! Anyone have any experience with this issue? I'm nowhere near 30 PWP's, btw. (Oops, I guess I am. I just counted 25 and may have missed a couple.)


Going to demolish a street lamp and see what happens. Still would like to hear if anyone has experienced this, please. Thanks!

Seems like you figured it out, but I also might add: I read somewhere that if you demolish your original bridge that came with your town, building another one to replace it counts towards the 30 pwps. If you keep it your original bridge and build two more, you can still build an extra PWP. Someone correct me if I'm wrong! But that might explain some miscounting because that definitely happened to me when I was trying to build a new PWP.

Thank you for the tip about the bridges, but I never replaced my original. I admit that I kinda buzzed through town counting because I would have sworn I didn't have even 25!! I'll see tomorrow. Arghh...waiting!

Update: the lamp I didn't like the placement of anyway is gone, and my list is back! Not the geyser, though, or the PWP that O'hare suggested yesterday after Phoebe (that I didn't pay any attention to). So I'm going to try to corner Phoebe again and get a legit suggestion for the geyser (or the wisteria trellis would be ok, too).

Thanks, dizzy bone, I did forget to count my two extra bridges. So, actually, I'm better off than before, without the misplaced lamp and also demolished the stupid (imo) fire hydrant so I have two more PWP's open.

I'm ready for the geyser and the w. trellis now!

Haha glad you figured it out! The same happened to me a couple of years ago and I was basically distraught lol, luckily I looked it up and found that you can only have so many PWPs in your town. I demolished my solar panel and sure enough my list came back! It's kind of frustrating at first to have that limit, but I guess it's good because your town can't get overly cluttered. Glad everything worked out for you
