What if the mayor , and the other characters are animals , and the villagers are humans ?

how would you feel if that happened in the next upcoming game ? (yeah i know , its not going to happen but what if?)

I'm well aware that if it did , most likely , I'm making my animal as kawaii as it gets xDD

Playing an animal would be awesome. I also think it'd be neat if humans were a possible species of villager you could get. Humans are animals, after all, and in this world there's even less reason to consider them any more different than the other animal villagers.

It'd be pretty cool if you got the reversal when you went to the Dream Suite.
It wouldn't change anything for normal gameplay but since the Dream Suite's just for fun anyway it'd be pretty nice to see ginjinka versions just for the heck of it

Especially if you had a lot of different ways to customize your animal's design. Species, accessories, a few options that let you deviate a bit from the general model in small ways...it would be pretty fun, though it'd take me forever to decide which species I want. XD

I like the idea of having like a "best friend" animal villager that you can control on the side. You could customize them at the very beginning through the same type of question answering, although this would be much more straightforward.

"I hate to ask this, but what species are you exactly?"

"I'm..."
"A deer!
"A rabbit!"
"A dog!"

I can even picture the opening. You make your character. It cuts to another scene where you make the animal character. Your character gets off from whatever the transportation is this time, and the animal gets off from their side. Then you both run into each other (literally) or something! xD

because I do think that human villagers wouldn't be as cute
