What happens if you request a special K.K. song?

So either Bruce or Fang said to request "K.K. Island" and when i requested it tonight K.K. said it was a "secret song" so what does that mean?

I believe it means you cant buy the album from the T&T store, you have to request it.

You can't get those on the store but once you heard them you can reorder them
